PRE-COURSE  REQUIREMENTS

It is expected that you will have undertaken the Introductory training program and conducted at least six Conflict Coaching sessions.

Individual Feedback:
Individual feedback on your Conflict Coaching practice will be provided to course participants. Please submit a DVD/video of a 30 minute Conflict Coaching session for review and developmental feedback from Julie

Conflict Management Profile:
In order to gain  more understanding of our own Conflict Management behaviours each participant is required to do a 360 degree Conflict Dynamics Profile. This is administered  through Eckerd College in Florida - www.conflictdynamics.org
The CDP is administered on-line. You will receive a detailed report and a phone feedback session with Julie, who is accredited as a CDP Practitioner.
