ADVANCED CONFLICT COACHING COURSE

The focus of the Advanced Conflict Coaching Course is on honing coaching skills to

  • assist people enhance their general conflict management competencies
  • support individuals to recognise and change ineffective behaviour pattern
Course participants will also develop greater understanding of their own conflict management style and its impact     
 
 

PRE-COURSE  REQUIREMENTS

It is expected that you will have undertaken the Introductory training program and conducted at least six Conflict Coaching sessions.
