the past 18 years Julie has worked as a conflict management
consultant, as a practitioner and trainer in developing
conflict resolution capabilities in ADR practitioners and
staff at all levels in a wide range of organizations.
Julie is the first accredited Australian trainer in CINERGY
Conflict Coaching and has coached managers and individuals extensively
using this model.
She currently consults to the Australian Department of
Defence on the development of their peer conflict coaching
network. Julie is accredited in undertaking 360 degree conflict
capability feedback. |
