Vanessa Toy has over 10 years experience in leadership, organisational development and conflict work. She holds a Masters in Organisation Dynamics, which has helped her to develop a capacity to understand and work with the underlying forces that shape individual, team and organisational performance.
Vanessa is known for her ability to detect and hone in on the point of change that is almost occurring in individuals, teams and organisations, as well as the barriers to this change. Her interventions are then tailored to help people overcome these barriers, working collaboratively to achieve transformational change. |
