		Judy Felix is an experienced conflict facilitator who has worked with a range of client issues from workplace to personal conflicts. She currently co-facilitates training programs for conflict coaches. Judy brings extensive human resources expertise to the assessment and management of workplace grievances and conflict in teams. Her experience includes development of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s staff performance appraisal and management system, advising on EEO (including discrimination, bullying and harassment) and developing and delivering conflict management training programs and team interventions. Judy teaches interpersonal communication, conflict management and group work at a tertiary level. She works with integrity and warmth.
