		Working as an organisational psychologist, Hanna has extensive experience in surveydesign, implementation and analysis, including workforce surveys, staff attitude and cultural climate surveys, training needs and capability surveys. Hanna is experienced in conducting focus groups and using other qualitative research methods. She is a trained conflict coach and experienced in developing performance appraisal and management systems. Hanna’s professional memberships includes registration with the QLD Board of Psychologists and the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
