John is an experienced and accredited conflict coach and mediator. Widely recognised for his skills in providing supportive and constructive feedback, John acts as a coach-mentor on the CINERGY® Conflict Coaching training programs.
As an Executive Coach, John assists clients to develop their leadership skills, balancing people and task management, with results including improvements of up to 90% in project delivery time.
Throughout his career, John has coached and mentored many industry professionals and brings a highly refined understanding of the relationship between workplace conflict, business and team outcomes. He regularly facilitates strategy and planning sessions, enabling organisations and professionals to develop and achieve shared visions.
John trained as an executive coach with the IEC (Institute of Executive Coaches), is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and is an accredited mediator and conflict coach (LEADR). |
