With over 30 years experience in corporate, government, small business, and not for profit organisations, Lynora is an experienced executive coach, mediation and conflict coach, facilitator and mediator. She has provided consulting services to a broad spectrum of organisations in a number of countries, including cross-cultural environments.
Lynora facilitates groups, including leadership development,
planning and strategy sessions, risk analysis and project
reviews and provides conflict coaching, pre-mediation coaching
and mediation services for many types of disputes such as
commercial and workplace. She also delivers CINERGY Conflict Coaching Practitioner training and is accredited using the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) 360 feedback tool. |
