The CINERGY® Conflict Coaching Practitioner training program introduces the coaching paradigm and CINERGY® model, including the Not-So-Merry Go Round of Conflict.

Participants will learn how to apply powerful and empathic questions to assist others to achieve insight, evaluate their options and make their own decisions about how to handle their conflict.

The course is relevant to HR and ADR practitioners, counsellors, line managers and rehabilitation consultants.
